We recommend starting with a 20-minute wait time, but if you're worried it might get too dark, you can always start with less. Some customers leave it applied for as long as 40 minutes (for full darker coverage) or as little as a few minutes (for partial coverage). @@SIMPLERHAIRCOLOR on the website it says “temporary colour that lasts all day”. This is the ‘simpler | touch’ I’m referring to btw. I ordered it from the UK, still waiting for it to arrive but I’m curious as your video says permanent but the products says temporary that last all day. Please let me know. Thanks for responding 😊

Hi @normanpelaez888! There's a good chance that you would be fine using our product, but there's also a chance you won't. Allergies can be quite tricky as they are different for each person and can evolve over time. We use ingredients that are gentler on your skin. For instance, our formula uses TDS instead of PPD (our website Ingredients Page explains why). Many people who get irritation from PPD-based dyes, e.g., drugstore dyes, more than often do better with our product, but it's still possible to get a reaction. Since everyone's body is different, and people can be allergic to almost anything, including natural ingredients, e.g., coconuts, avocados, aloe, etc., we always recommend doing a sensitivity test first. We have full instructions on doing this, and our product is designed to make this super easy. We really hope it works out for you, but we stand by our guarantee and will refund you if it doesn't. 👍

Hi Elvis! Yes, after the application time of at least 20 minutes, just wash it off with cool water and you're good to go.

I've been using on my beard for a couple months. Sometimes just the white "cream" comes out of the can. But you have to make sure it's the color AND the white . Then mix together

You want to wash it with water throughly until the water runs clean and then dry the hair.

@@sergiomacias5145 From a legal disclaimer perspective, like every dye available, we don't recommend you use it on your eyebrows. Even though it works, it can accidentally get in your eyes, which can be dangerous if you're allergic. If you still insist on using it, which many people do, yes, it will work, but please be very careful and exercise increased caution. Also, be sure to perform our skin sensitivity test first before trying this. 🙏👊

Our dye is permanent, so with proper care, the color should last between 1 to 2 weeks or even longer. Make sure you are using a color-safe shampoo and not aggressively towel-drying your hair, and avoid too much sun exposure and chlorine. That should help keep the color in for longer. These factors apply to any permanent dye, whether that's our product or another. When you bathe, the color will not run or transfer.
