To me the screen just stays black and it tells me that it absorbs too much energy. I'm using a Smsung Odyssey and Surface Studio 1 with an RTX 3050. Pretty limiting.

@@Kperryglobal hi thank you Mr. Perry I was on line with Microsoft and they did all the updates to the drivers and it is working now they had to uninstall and reinstall and it is finally working and it’s Windows 11 so a lot of the helpful online for Windows 10 and it’s just driving me crazy but now it’s working so thank you for your reply and thank you for your station. It doesn't display. The Surface Pro can't detect it. It's a Warrky. Is that a dud brand? It sounds like a dud brand but it had so many legitimate looking reviews. I am about to melt down. It doesn't take much. I had psyched myself up, to be disappointed, as per usual. This is ridiculous, though. Why do I keep buying duds?

i have a question, I've accidentally made my model into mixed reality and saved it by accident as well but now when I copy and pasted it back, the model's parts became into one. Is there a way to fix this to get the original model before the Mixed reality? I've gone into recovered files, nothing seemed to work for me.

What would you use the Surface for with Apple TV?
I've plugged in my HDMI in my TV and USB-c to HDMI adapter and switched to the correct source, however my laptop screen won't show on my TV. I don't know what to do, so I'd appreciate it if you have any advice
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Setting, Systems, then Displays to see if the TV is visible on the computer.

@@Kperryglobal I I’ve bought a usb to hdmi Adapter.. well ordered one so hope it works I got a surface pro 8 If the Bluetooth stayed connected it would be fine but randomly the screen on tv freezes and I have to keep pairing it back. So I hope this adaptor does the trick
doesn't work after every 2 mins it just freezes and loses connection on my qled samsung tv looks good when connected but just loses it even with it right next to the tv

You are have a bad channel because your sign didn't work for my TV I may get and I need a circuit pro not a surface i'm one of those and also this is a rocket TV and it still doesn't have mirrocaster top technology and also you should think about the ones that have the new thing on it the new I'm far below

cortana is a virtual assistant, she records your audio (if you have) and your keyboard, browser history and etc and sends it to microsoft for analysing.

Hello, I notice that you have something on the metal base of your laptop. Do you have the same problem as me that when I put my surface laptop 3 on the metal and connect an external monitor the wifi gets very slow?
I had a Surfacebook 3, where the CPU and fan are located on the detachable screen. So I never had an issue.

Anyone know how I connect a pro 8 with usbc into a monitor that is VGA?
You will need a USB-C cable to VGA. I also recommend getting a new monitor to take advantage of the Surface Pro 8 Pixel Sense Display.
I did the same using an usb c port but the image on my screen look extended

Microsoft is such a joke, they make a docking station that requires adapters to use the HDMI. Are they intentionally trying to piss off every customer?
Thank you for your comment. You don’t need an adapter to connect to the docking station. You can purchase a USB-C to HDMI cable to connect to a monitor. I used an adapter because I have multiple-length HDMI cables for different training events. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Antoinette, thank you for your question. Is your laptop OS Windows 10 or 11? Go to Settings, System, then Display. Click on the Monitor you want to change, which will be highlight in blue. Then scroll down and Select Display Resolution. Change the resolution to the TV’s resolution 1080 or 4K. Please let me know if this help.
