Came with a lot of accessories.. tinted windshield, an chrome Honda engine guard and a pair of highway pegs all bolted in. It also had a new Corbin Gunfighter Saddle; the dealership had the stock se...

Просмотров 4562 года назад
The Review you haven't seen yet Picked up a Ninja 650 motorcycle a few weeks back.. As Kawasaki says, it came packed with a sporty 649cc engine, next-level technology and sharp styling. A quick test ride and my thoughts on the motorcycle.
Buying the Bonneville T120
Просмотров 1,3 тыс.3 года назад
We made a quick drive to Paducah, KY to bring home a 2016 Triumph Bonneville T120 powered by a liquid-cooled parallel twin with a 1200cc displacement. An absolute gem of a standard bike that pays homage to the retro appeal of its past models.
Quick visit to Reelfoot Lake TN

During the early spring of 2021, I took a motorcycle ride to the Reelfoot Lake State Park located in the northwest corner of Tennessee. It is known for its fishing, boating and wildlife viewing, particularly the giant cypress trees and bald eagles

The Vulcan 1600 Mean Streak’s V-twin liquid cooled engine with electronic fuel injection and dual spark plug digital ignition has four valves per cylinder. It also features hydraulic valve lash adjusters to reduce maintenance and a gear-driven counter balancer to keep everything running smoothly. The Mean Streak’s chassis provides the rider with nimble handling and high-speed stability unmatche...
😂I test rode one back in 2010 and then brought it, it's a fantastic bike to ride, has a low CENTER of gravity great brakes and the best thing of all is air oil cooled motor, won't corrode out like many water cooled motors. I will keep riding until I fall off the" perch " Andy from Australia
I bought a very low mileage 2013 Honda CB 1100 last year and I love it.
Tells us to get gloves, then proceeds to not use them. Gets oil on hands 😂
Thank you 👍
What is the spec for the k and n brand again please?
why do people play music and it spoils the whole video bah
*How did you find this?*
great choice brother. Unfortunately we cannot buy that model here in Australia, Honda stopped bringing them in here in 2012 or 13, so we never got the 6 speed gearbox or larger tank models. I would live a 2022 model.
nice bike
Enjoy, I have a 2017 ex as well and love it!
Like your riding boots, mind sharing the name brand? Yes, cruising around is very relaxing. Enjoy! Sold mine April 2022. Kind of miss it. ruclips.net/video/bgD0AVpcWfY/видео.html. 🏍🏍
A Beautiful bike, join and drive safe. Which tires do you have? Now I am riding a allroad Honda, but soon 1100EX 2016🙏👊
i love this bike man i wil get it one day she is beautiful enjoy it
What a beauty! Been looking for a low mileage one for two years and not having much luck up here in Canada. The day I find a nice one I’m saying bye bye to the Kawasaki!!
Very nicely done!
Thank you! Cheers!
It does look sweet, I still prefer Kawasaki but its close. Modern take on an old school chrome look, love it.
The new Z900 RS and Cafe models are indeed sweet motorcycles. An urban take on the old 72' Z1s
@@twowheeltherapy8906 That's the one, wish it was 1100.
stupid background music
I was a 'hunter' as well! In 2014 I test-rode a 2014 DLX model. I preferred it over the CB1100 standard because of extras like the ABS braking; dual exhaust mufflers; additional gearing (6-speed) and larger fuel tank (200 mi range!). I didn't jump right away and after waiting a year or so, I found that they were not readily available anymore. I continued to look off & on for a couple more years. I was specifically looking for the 2014 DLX, as I didn't care for the gas tank shape of the 2017 EX models. I finally came across two lightly used models that were listed in States that were far from me. I eventually struck a deal with an owner of one 2K miles from me. They graciously provided MANY photos and answered all my questions. I bought it and had it shipped to my home. I later learned that Honda only provided 300 of the 2014 CB1100-DLX models in the USA, which is why mine was so hard to track down! I since upgraded the horns to 2017 units, swapped the air box covers for 2017 units as well. I was also able to get the OEM engine guards and travel rack accessories from Samurider. I've also ditched the useless OEM Bridgestone tires for Avon treads. Have clocked about 6K miles thus far (split my riding across several bikes) and still am thrilled with this bike!
Inline four fuel injected, 6 speed, upright sport riding position .. . Rides like a dream .. .
Absolutely.. dream bike indeed
Awesome. I love my 2014. It's my daily rider.
Nice bike! I got a 2014 DLX myself since i liked the look so much. Growing up, my dad had a CB750K in a similar color so I had to get the 1100 when I got into bikes. Plus I had to get a DLX or EX since the dual exhausts just look right. Easy power delivery and effortless cool and cruise factors make it a win in my book. Hope you enjoy your s and get to put the miles on it. Just FYI - unlatch the seat and check the battery. Mine had a battery from 2017....in 2022....it caused some stalling issues at stoplights. But the seat hadn't been removed in so long it didn't want to release. Took a while to lubricate everything and get the leverage to get it to come off. TOok me a long weekend to sort out. So don't wait for an issue - remove your seat and check your battery early so you're not stalling at stoplights or having issues changing the battery.
I just found myself the same bike after looking for a long time
how many mm crush washers should I buy? (I have the 2021 Kawasaki ninja 650)
14 mm. Usually you can find them in local stores or amazon
@@twowheeltherapy8906 Okay sounds good, I plan on using an OEM oil filter, so would I need an oil filter clamp, or can I place it/ remove old one, without one?
@@sbaghi For the OEM Filter, you can remove it with a general tool, but I would recommend an oil filter wrench, 65mm 14 flute usually works fine, Autozone and Amazon usually carry them.
about how much
OTD paid around $8.5K
@@twowheeltherapy8906 I bought a 2013 candy red cb1100 last Halloween with 7200 miles owned by an older man in like new condition with a full windshield for 6000 dollars and I was happy. every thing you said is true.
How about the "service" in the display? I'm planning also to DIY oil change for my ninja 650 2022 but I'm worried about the "service" in the display
Some online forums suggested it is a customizable option set by the dealer and can be reset via the TFT screen. I haven't had a need to use it myself though, my service notification was off in a day or so.
Thank you for this video, I have seen several on the ninja 650, and yours is the most detailed one yet, the pace is not too fast or 2 slow, this is very much appreciated.
Glad it was helpful!
Can I use kn-204-1 filter for my 2016 ninja 650
I don't think so. KN-303 is for 2016 model as well. Go to knfilters.com/oil-filters and put in the bike info and find the recommended filter.
Great all around bike.
Wow! You were very fortunate to find this bike used in that condition. These are very rare 2nd hand as most owners hold on to them. Dealers know this and ask near MSRP for their traded Ninja 650. This bike is probably the first pick in this price bracket for the features. Thank you for great a review!
Not a bad review. How does it compare to Z650
That fact about Reelfoot Lake being formed by earthquakes is actually really cool! Enjoyed the footage and the narration of this video especially. Keep up the good work, AL Live!
Loved this video! Can't wait to see what other adventures you and Ganesh get up to :)
How many miles does it have on it and how much are you asking for it?
