I thought this video would help since it was done by Bluetti but nope didn't help. the instructions to connect and charge the solar did not work, it just set off the alarm but there was no message or error message as to why. Have had so many issues with this that I am starting to regret buying this paperweight.

I’ve got a question. I do hope you will help me. I wanna to buy B230 for my AC200P to use it in such a way. I connect the battery to my station. Then I use AC200P station's battery power first, and when it is depleted, the station draws battery B230 power? Is ot possible? Because as I see the B230 battery cannot be used to expand the capacity of the AC200R power station. Said otherwise, this battery can only recharge the station if it is connected to it. And is it possible to use the station (for example, connect a refrigerator to it) and synchronically charge it from this battery? Thank you!

Hey, can it be used as a power station on its own, without the bigger units like AC200MAX ?

For the turbo mode charging mode do you need to use ac (wall port) and dc (cigarette port) at the same time ? Or is the ac wall adaptor port on its own able to do this ?

That B230 should be priced at 800 - 850 and it would really move off the shelves quicker.

I've had the EB150 for several years to power my Dometic CFX75 fridge/freezer for weekend trip. I bought the B300 expansion and pair it with the EB150 for longer off grid camping trips. The connection between the 2 works, however after about 24hrs, the B300 disconnects itself and stops charging the EB150. I have no idea why and you find yourself constantly checking that they are connected and have to reset the connection of the B300 to the EB150.

So disappointed with the company in general. I've had my AC200P for over a year and recently have had to use it several times during power outages. Because of that, I realize how badly I needed a battery backup. So I looked into it, and the B230 looked like the answer. So I ordered it. I received it today with a cable that does not connect it to my unit, even though the website AND amazon states that it works for my unit and included the cable. Then I started reading reviews and wished I had read them before buying. I didn't feel like I needed to read them because I was already happy with my AC200. So now, $166 later, I hope to be able to get cables to actually attach the battery to my unit. This is so wrong on every front. I found the video to find out what I needed, but called the 800number to make sure I was getting the right thing, and the guy answered knew NOTHING about what he was doing. I knew more than he did and I don't know much. Now I am really worried that if the battery doesn't even work I will have another issue to deal with, since people are saying how terrible their experience was with this. I cannot believe such a large company selling thousands of dollars of machines feels like good customer service is not important. At least let me return the cable that doesn't work for a refund. What do I need it for?
