not...the voice i was expecting...at all lmfao. still, definitely a wholesome song with a deep meaning that sadly doesn't seem very relevant anymore with a lot of relationships these days. honestly this song (and another one done by Nathan Wagner of the same) really reminds me of my OC's Pyra and Mercy from one of my discontinued (currently due to writers block) stories. Mercy is highly unstable, violent (even murderous and has killed MANY people due to many different reasons, most of them quite tragic and terrible), untrusting of people, and just outright ignorant to the feeling of love. nobody has ever cared about her until Pyra came along and completely ignored what she had done in her past and accepted her for who she was and that led Mercy to become much more gentle, merciful (ironic i know), and trusting. however, she's also FIERCLY loyal to Pyra because of that and has no problems still getting violent if it calls for it. eventually the two become lovers and Mercy finally gets the happy ending she deserves and becomes just another person who finally leaves her past in the past and moves on to live her life with the girl she loves (yes, their lesbians sue me. and NO i'm not a twitter fanatic, i just am a fan of Yuri if it's written well.)
