Hey mate. Just curious. If you still monitor your channel as this is a few years old video. Would you be able to let me know how long were your cables? Throttle/shift and steering. If you have the time. I would really appreciate it. Building my own 370 as well. Thank you. 👍

Would you be able to single handed launch and retrieve the boat easily enough ?

Very interested to see how you hooked up the cables to engine. I am feeling pretty stupid at the moment as I find one of the two linkages on the motor will not move at all. Before the cable is hooked on. Is there some sort of solenoid that is triggered from throttle position that releases it? Prop is in gear now but not seeing how to go to neutral which I thought would be from this lower linkage. Upper one connects to throttle body butterfly valve. (Fuel injected)

After watching your video and some others on RUclips.I decided to get the 435 model either dark grey or black!Really nice boats compared to inflatable boat that punctures easily.I like your setup too!

I jave the same whaly 370; last summer I used it with a manual drive Yamaha F15. You can check out my clip too. Just yesterday I bought a new light weight remote controlled F25, I will install the original console just like yours. So; to save some more space on the boat, I'm thinking of placing the gas tank inside the storage box at the backside. Yamaha's original 25L gas tank does not fit in there.. Looking for a gas tank at the moment..

That overhand knot weakens your anchor line at that point by more than 50%, maybe use a separate piece of line to keep your hatch open.

Good use of space. I didn't do the front cleat like that because of the rail, but that looks like a better stronger location for it.
