You home should have a spare load available or 7kw if you intend to install a 32A charger at your home. The minimum recommended size of the cable is 6 square mm 3 core copper, however, if you reside in hot areas, we recommend a 10 sq.mm 3 core copper cable. This charger works on single phase, so if you have a 3 phase connection, you can connect the charger to 1 phase and rest of the household load to the other 2 phases

@@zevpoint hi thanks for reply. i do have 3 phase connection at my home and i can buy the 6 sqmm cable no issue in that but the electricity provider's cable till my home also matters right? i have to ask them to upgrade that line as well before i can use this charger right?

@@ramkumaryt8978 Hi sir, Citroen EC3 as of now has support for maximum 3kW Charging speed. And Indian plugs are capable of providing 16A current only, which gives 3.5kW as maximum output. For higher charging speeds you need higher current switches like 32A.

The maximum charging speed for Tiago is 7.2kw. So even if you use the Zevpoint (Swift Max 22 kw) charger for your Tiago, it will charge at a maximum speed of 7.2 kw only Hence we suggest you to use the Swift Pro or the Swift Mini version of Zevpoint chargers

@@cloudalamy1077 Hi the wall-mount charger has some additional features like touch screen controls to schedule charging time, control the output of the charger (1.3kw to 7.2kw), set password because of which the cost difference. Warranty on both the models is 2 years.

Yes.. As Power = Voltage x Current So at 6Amps, power output will be 230x6 = 1.4kw (approx)
