Originally, Noctis and Insomnia were supposed to worship Etro, the goddess of death. Also, I don't think Noctis was supposed to be a good guy either. Welp, the original story would have gotten the game banned in several countries due to the death worshipping, and SQ didn't want Noctis to be a bad guy. So, they fired the original writer, and got a new writing group to try and rush out a new story for the game, which leads us to what we've got today.
@@ArrabelIa I don't think that's entirely true. Square isn't always afraid of their games banned--example is ff16, which had, of course, a prominent character who is gay. From what I've heard, ff13-versus just didn't have much development at all for many years
@@jewii3824 FFXV had different visions when it transferred teams and the development of it in totality is a total disaster. It's a shock when I heard this game's development was from dismantled various concepts. The game itself is fine, a good one, but not a great or something one may call a masterpiece, but every FF OST is.

I just listened to this version and the Spanish version, and tbh, the Spanish version sounds way better, but it is not this guy's fault, it's the nature of both languages. Japanese and Spanish are very phonetic languages, while English isn't.

Anyone else can't get FFXV out of their heads? I knew about it since it was Versus XIII in 06, waited 10 years for it, played the game before launch thanks to acquiring an early copy, platinumed it in about two weeks or so after I started playing and I can claim that I was among the few to play the game before the rest of the world. Game was flawed undoubtedly but I still have it so close to my heart despite all its issues. I should be done with the game after all these years but my mind keeps coming back to Eos. Hope we get a sequel, prequel or remake down the road many years from now! And yeah, I wish this music was in-game, this was a track I would have loved to hear in the full game because it sounds so magical.
Modding scene is picking up, slowly but surely.
It’s crazy how I feel the same, this game for some reason holds a strong place in my heart, being promised then getting the promise broken yet enjoying what we got is incredible, the night sky of this game is truly incredible, the platinum demo could’ve been a great introduction to the game

Rising Revenger tbh the game wasnt any complicated. It was just lacking a lot of the things that the demo had. I loved the demo and how they handled it more than the game. Just hope takes some ideas from the demo, as it was awesome >.>
