The Beatles' definitive 1963 cover of this Isley Brothers hit was a one-take wonder at the end of a long recording session, because John Lennon's voice was too shredded to attempt a second take.

So much to like in this song. The opening guitar riff is a very cool variation on the one in Van Morrison's (and later The Shadows of Knight's) "Gloria," from 1965. Love the twin-lead guitars at 3:30 and the lead and backing vocals throughout. This live performance sounds good enough to be released for streaming platforms as is.

How many times did I watch the INXS music video of this song on MTV back in the day? A whole lot, because I recorded it on my trusty 1978 model Sanyo Betacord VCR. Thanks for learning it!

Neil Young was another product of that 1960's Winnipeg music scene that gave us The Guess Who and Terry Jacks. He could rock hard on a song like this or bring you to tears with a song like "Harvest Moon." Incredible range!

I was a fan of Queen's early albums, but my respect grew leaps and bounds when I first heard this original bit of rockabilly from Freddie and the boys.

Thanks to the video and audio crew who captured this so well. When this song was a hit in the summer of 1992, The Nashville Network was my favorite channel on cable TV.

Such a fine tribute to your fellow Canadians, Bachman-Turner Overdrive. I'm old enough to remember when the Winnipeg music scene was producing legendary rock and rollers one after the other. I still have my 45-singles of 1973's "Blue Collar" (one of my favorite lead guitar songs of all time) and 1974's "Takin' Care of Business."

Love the lead guitar tone on the intro here ... and everything that follows it. This is really classic rock and roll songwriting and arranging. So glad that RUclips steered you my way.

Damn, some of the comments are brutal and no doubt made by untalented, hide in the basement nobodies. Kudos to the guitar player who was not only slaying the AWB licks but rocking the 70s hair style as a bonus. Don't listen to the basement trolls they think by knocking others it somehow makes their sad little lives better. Over time you will upgrade your gear and the mix will work itself out. Until then just keep on grinding and have fun

Suggestion , balance between instruments and vocals . Overall IMHO instrumental seems too much out front in volume. Vocals and instruments are fine it’s a sound mixing Issue maybe? Just a thought
