Klingon and Elvish ARE in there. I taught a workshop on using Advanced Voice Mode as a language conversation partner and I included Klingon, Elvish, Indonesian, and Mandaring Chinese in the demo. You could create a ChatGPT conversation thread as a conversational Klingon instruction buddy. (My university students are non-native speakers of English so they are focused on English as a Foreign Language use-cases).

You can upload a doc in italian and have a good podcast in english.. but again.. podcast in othe rlaguages is not good for now ;(

I investigated three-way calling and it did work we had a three-way call me and my buddy Richard with an open Ai and it worked I had Richard on the phone and call gpt and merged call

The culture is more like space anarchy, there is no politburo directing how people live and express themselves there are actually no laws as such just "manners" and if someone acts like an ass you stop associating with them, if someone commits the worse crimes like for example murder, then the victim is reloaded into a new body and the murderer is henceforth followed around by a drone that stops them doing it again (this is seen as extremely bad socially in culture society). There is no sexism or racism because anyone can change their body to be any skin tone or build and can change gender at will (it takes a year or so but they just have to decide to do it and the body will do it for them) or load into an "exotic" body if they wish to though at the time the novels such things are out of fashion and are seen as "tacky" if not for a specific job like living inside the atmosphere of a gas giant or something similar. In the main though the humans in the culture are not really the movers and shakers of culture society the minds are. Pretty much all functions are run and managed by the minds, humanoids and human level intelligence machines ("drones" in culture parlance) are free to do whatever they want, travel, write, explore, do extreme sports, whatever they wish to spend their few hundred years lifespan doing. A few humans even involve themselves in the "contact" division, which is the cultures social outreach section to less advanced or similarly advance but less openminded societies. Many of the novels are about the work of the "special circumstances" (SC) sub section of contact who basically do a combination of Statecraft/spying/subterfuge to "convince" other cultures to be less toxic to their own citizens and to other civilisations they interact with. All of this is amazingly well written stuff with a brand new idea every few pages and the books are pretty much all "page turning yarns"

TSMC is extremely important to the world chip situation. Most countries cannot come close to their ability. They just broke ground for a new 2nm chip factory here in Taiwan which no one can produce. The US factories by TSMC can't hit the same points.
