THE Sniper - Simple Vengeance

What can you see beyond THE darkness? THE Sniper footage recorded on THE Duckstation. THE Sniper 2 footage recorded on THE PCSX2. All THE translation is my own work. I personally carved out every single letter with THE pinpoint accuracy. Like a real THE sniper... but there may be some mistakes, so don't take my translation as definitive. Giftpia - Who Knew Relaxation Could Be So Stressful?

It's crazy how much a bad cold can change the course of a video. As in Athena, all translation is my own work. Didn't do as much of it this time though, for obvious reasons. Giftpia footage recorded on Dolphin. Chulip footage recorded on PCSX2. All music used is from Giftpia... I think. I could be forgetting a song or two I used from elsewhere. They're all named in the video itself, anyway.

Athena's name is magic, mystery is what you see. Her crystal is the answer, fighting fair to keep us free. Fire, fire, Psycho Soldier! All translation seen in the subtitles is my own work. No machine translation was used. I apologize for any inaccuracies that may result from my own lack of experience. I aimed to be faithful to the original text while reading naturally in english and maintaining...

Thank you SO MUCH for this video of the FMVs translated. I have now just went through and thoroughly finished this game. Did you know that if you search Athena's desk at the VERY beginning of the game you'll find a pedometer/tamogochi mini-game? It grows into different forms as you walk and asks you questions which determines future questions and its dialogue at death (3200 steps, I can't seem to surpass that). Still have no idea what the video discs are for or where they are used.

This a great breakdown/playthrough of such an obscure PS1 title from the Simple series. You did a fantastic job explaining both this interesting series of titles and perhaps one of the most forgettable titles outside of those who have a deep interest in Japanese Exclusive titles. I only knew about this particular game thanks in part to it's hilariously badly dubbed sequel that was released on the PS2 and was one of the few titles that was released overseas. As you mentioned, there are certainly some very interesting, amusing and original titles thanks to the Simple series that showed a lot of the creativity these developers had when it comes to creating 'simple' concepts, with the freedom to create whatever they wanted. This video/breakdown has the potentials to be something great and it certainly would be interesting to see you further explore a wider range of other Simple titles.

Excellent video. The game is very weak and the story is melodramatic and the cinematography is poor. The music is classic low-budget music from the 90s, Rompler Smooth Jazz.

Can you add timestamps in the description or chapters to the video to show which games are on screen at any given time?

WarTech: Senko no Ronde is an Xbox 360 game, and other than the arcade release this game ended up as an Xbox 360 exclusive. I finally have an Xbox 360, but I have yet to pick up a copy of WarTech.

I got stunlocked by Ecco back in the day because early 3D underwater games with draw distance fog would scare the everloving shit out of me and one of the first things you do in Defender of the Future is lure a gigantic shark that can instantly kill you into getting stuck in a hole so you can get a glyph out of its mouth and I was having none of it as a kid. I do think I got past that but forget how far into it I played, there's some neat mechanical environments later on. I should try to replay it now that this is all less realistic to me. I kind of put Treasures of the Deep on PS1 in the same bucket.

I can’t help but feel like this should have been an OVA. There’s barely any gameplay here. The T-Rex getting turned into chunks was pretty funny, though.

Fun video, but I'd recommend tuning your mic a bit, you're really quiet in parts of this video. Your delivery's a bit mumbly, too. Make sure you're speaking clearly and confidently. The game audio's crisp and clear though, as is the footage, and your script seems fine. Good editing, too, and I appreciate the reasonable length. Solid first attempt at a video.
