13:30 this was exactly what I was searching for to understand how the oxygen oversaturation looks like. Never before saw that footage. Now I fully understand what is the risk of going too deep with bad gas mixture.
Thank you.
I was a 110 feet and Narcd out of my mind!

im a new diver, recently got my padi open water, but i hear that you take decongestants before diving, a lot o people says that you should not do that.... which one you take, or any of the readers take.
I would personally advise you to ask your SCUBA Instructor that certified you and also seek advice from a dedicated specialist occupational dive doctor mate.
This guy was born too teach.
Glad i found this channel, just brilliant!!
This is a very informative channel
Great lecture. I was able to follow with everything making a lot more sense
Ketamine can also kill people if you do not get the milligram (dosage of Ketamine), feet and inch (height of patient) and pound (how much the patient weighs) ratio right. You should also check the patient's Blood pressure and blood sugar levels.💊

Congratulations!!! You are contributing to many deaths of loved ones! ALLOPATHIC medicine is a FRAUD AND BUILT ON 100%LIES. IF YALL KNEW THE TRUTH. NO ONE EXCEPT PSYCHOPATHS WOULD want to become a M.D. (murdering dumbass) someone comes in with DRUG RELATED ISSUES... "HEY, I KNOW!!! LET'S GIVE EM SOME MORE DOPE"dont worry about further destroying liver, kidney's, i just want to "gain control fast" !!! I would rather say i was a full time dog shit shoveler than a DOCT WHORE. (To big pharma)
This is a very interesting and insightful video. Thank you, Dr Andrew

220/160? LOL BP that high they prob have bigger problems
Thats y u give nitro
@@amarante2993 thank you for the response, very detailed and on point! I actually had a pt last night that presented CHF exasperation with no history … although she has had 6 stents and 4 MIs . Wet lung sounds saturation at 74 on RA. Attempted CPAP. With a peep of 7.5 she was unable to tolerate it . Put her on a nasal can at 8 LPM with a NRB at 15 LPM . Her respirations were shallow at 38 with her ETCO2 of 20. For some off reason I never really expected elevated blood pressures . Her BP was 208/112. We don’t carry inotropic specific drugs . Just epi and levo. She maintained well during transport with the oxygen she was receiving . She did have a pace maker and I was wondering if her pacemaker could have caused the issues she was having. Her 12 lead didn’t appear acutely concerning . But she was going into a paced rhythm occasionally of 200 … looking at the monitor with out a print out in front of me , looked like V-tach . But anyways… I appreciate the reply. That really made sense the way you broke it down.
THIS WAS AWESOME. Great job at describing the STEMIcs
Thankyou, what an informant video. I am currently a PADI Rescue Diver and found the video very resourceful Thankyou again.

Is there a way to contact the presenter to get permission to use some of the content of this video in my role as a Scuba Educator here in the UK?
Hello, sorry just saw this. Feels free to use any of my material. Do know I did not receive permission for any of the media I use. In the US, we can generally use material under "fair use" if not receiving compensation
I have been told over and over again "you're not wheezing so you're fine!" The fear and anger when a health provider says that to me while I'm fighting to breathe... it's the worst. Thank you for mentioning that silent sounds can be asthma!
For sure! "Wheezey, junky, wet" all get mentioned but prehospital providers always overlook tight! Sure you can hear some air moving but think about how much you can hear. 💕
Yes! I don’t know how many times the EMS and firefighter medics say anxiety. Bologney
Very helpful guide to nero emergecies!! Thanks for sharing this!!
Best educational video on vent patients I’ve seen thus far. Thanks Doc.

Thanks! Loved the video
Love this stuff but that sound of him slurping and drinking...
Wouldn’t be America if people couldn’t complain about the smallest things right ? .. smh.
I was going to insult you but this a year old post and you just wanted to have your complaint heard. Have a good year.
