I had c5 heizou somehow by the time I was AR 30ish or smth, so one day, at AR 57 I decided to build him for fun. I regretted not building him earlier. Now I have his c6❤, gave him lost prayers, 2pc atk 2pc anemo dmg, one step away from crowning his talents. I don't care much for him but goddamn.. That impulsive building session made Heizou a monster. Good luck to you ❤l
