Im not really good at explaining this but here's the solution Once you're done with your project click on the top right icon then after that you'll see "Video" on the top, click on the right corner of it (where at the corner there's an arrow as well), after that you'll see "frame rate" at the bottom and make sure its at "full" before you export Still not really working? Heres another solution Do this except before you export click on the settings icons (its right next to the top right icon) and then click 30 fps or 60 fps Do both of these and if it still doenst work then idrk what to help you with (Ik I'm not really good at explaining things but i hope this helps)
