He was stronger than both of them and would most likely use their egos against them. Cell would absorb 17 like he did in the present time, take advantage of his cockiness and get him off guard. Then he’d lure in 18 and absorb her. They have no reason to trust humans in this timeline, so they could easily be gotten. But you’re right that he would’ve basically been the only fighter in the future who was strong. Dude literally time traveled just to find people who could fight him. He was that dissatisfied with being the only one around.

There are four timelines 1. The one with the buu saga and so on 2. Future trunks timeline 3. The original timeline (the one cell came from to go to the 1st timeline who had the flashback in this video) 4. The unseen timeline where timeline 3 trunks went to deactivate the androids who went back to his timeline to do the same and was supposed to return to tell them he was successful but he was killed by cell and the Time Machine stolen

Cells Trunks never went to this timeline. He went to the 4th timeline where the lab was never destroyed. Cell explains this to Piccolo and later to our Future Trunks too. The Cells Trunks went to the unseen timeline just like our Future Trunks did but he never actually fought the andriods. You can see in the flashback scene that his sword is still intact and he is wearing his normal Capsule Corp jacket. Plus you should remember this timeline Gero was an andriod while Future Trunks said his Gero was human. So there is a timeline distortion which caused certain events to be different. Also the Cell in this timeline said Trunks killed Frieza and Cold (that's anime and Manga both) while Future Trunks said Goku killed Frieza and Cold in his timeline. The unseen timeline is unknown who killed who or what happened, all we know is that Cells Trunks never fought the andriods and just got the remote.

I mean we've literally witnessed Human beings surviving in deadly situations lmao They survived because they weren't damaged or they were damaged but not the point of being killed So what's so complicated about this

@@mohamedkhider6998 cell was a fetus in that moment and fetuses are not as tough as fully grown beings so IF the androids that saw Cell as a fetus that was something that the doctor was working on why wouldn't they just simply blow up that project. They had more than enough power to do so.

The andriods in Cell timeline was pretty arrogant just like Trunks timeline andriods. The only reason I can think of why Cell was never destroyed in this timeline by the androids was because they did not take him seriously enough and Cell was determined to survive in history. We are aware that Cell exists in 3 out of the 5 timelines that was shown to us which means he must exist in all 5. Just like how andriod 17 and 18 exists in all 5 timelines. The question here is that do andriod 19 exist? Cause Gero is an andriod here which means he must have cause how else did he get himself to become one. In our timeline he was an andriod aswell but 19 helped him become one. It was only in Trunks time that Gero was human. Interesting thing is that Andriod 16 was modeled after Gero dead son and was a prototype to Cell so does that mean he also exists in all timelines? If so then Andriod 17 and 18 destroyed 16 along with Gero and possibly 19 too.
