I hope the Hogs continue to play games at WMS beyond 2025. Ending the LR games would be a blow for central, south, and east AR. As for the lack of fervor for LR games, it's because of how crappy the football team has been for much of the past decade plus, poor weather in some instances (high temps last yr, rain), and having them play a team like UAPB. Take those 3 things away and attendance at WMS is still strong and we aren't having these discussions about whether or not to give the LR games the axe.

Nobody questions whether Pittman is a likeable guy, he just shouldn't be in charge of a program trying to compete in the SEC. The fact that he needs former head coaches like Odom and Petrino to help him out shows how underqualified he is

If this season goes down in flames and Pittman is fired, everybody who thought it was a good idea to bring him back needs to go too.

Saracen deal needs happen. The same people that are against it are some of the same ones that wanted Chad over Mike Norvell because Norvell goes to a casino occasionally. NIL $$$ that Saracen is offering per month could easily be the difference in competing in the SEC and staying a bottom feeder. The BOT needs to get rid of some of the members that all but DESTROYED the football program or the entire board needs to be stripped of its power to make decisions about it.

If you are going to look at home games, and compare other SEC teams, I think we would find that the West was a hellscape.

I wish you were not so afraid to question the coaches and players. When someone says they are not making excuses they are making excuses. The constantly changing lineups was a problem. The taking half a season to realize Holt should be an everyday player was a problem. Holt, Wilsmeyer and Diggs is your OF. Give your pitchers a break by giving them a top flight defense. The fact that very few hitters improved over the course of the season was a problem. Most of the transfers were coming off great seasons. They get here and nothing. White improved the second half but that was after falling way back the first half. There was no hitter development. Only Ben and the two Peytons hit from start to finish. That WAS a problem. It is hard to question the pitching, but they did go backwards. No Hayden or Gabe and this team would have been a mess. Just because a media member or a fan would like to know REALLY what went wrong does not mean you are a hater. Facts are facts. I have no doubt that DVH is asking himself all of these questions. What answers he comes up with will say a lot about the 2025 season. Overall how he made what he did out of middle of the road offensive talent is amazing and he deserves a lot of credit. A LOT!!!!

Another great regular season and another disappointing tournament, hopefully we will be better next season.
