This is the video home of Monster Munchen FC a football team set up to help larger guys tackle issues with weight and mental health through social inclusion and fitness via sport.
We play at amateur level in the Warriors Premier League in Scotland, playing both Heavyw8s games (8 aside) and full games of 11s.
The criteria is people 18+ with a BMI over 30 and/or a waist measurement of 38"+ (Naval to Naval) with a few criteria exceptions.
Most of our guys play alongside Kick Mental Health, an absolutely vital service provided to help everyone over 16 years of age.
