it goes to shoreline but sadly its for spearmaster and artificer only anyone else cant use it

Yeah... Apparently, it used to be a bridge or so that connected Five Pebbles to Looks to the Moon. Or, perhaps more accurately, maybe it connected the two cities above their cans?
@Mike in lore it states it just connected the two iterators, it was made incase one of the cans cities collapsed so they could be evacuated into the city of the other iterator, I'm guessing almost all iterators had these bridges as backup plans or something.
