I am a mother of two and currently making busy book part time. To be honest i don’t really like workout, but i have to do it to get back in shape.
I kept complaining about how i hated the way my tummy looked, but complaining would not change anything so here i am working my butt off.
I like experimenting with exercises and finding what is right for me. Losing weight and being healthy for myself not somebody else.
I need workout that is effective and quick. Definitely can’t go to gym and no diet or eating less! I encourage you to find the suitable workout for you. I am an impatient person so i choose fast paced workout.
Keep an open mind that every person is different, if there were no result then you should not be discouraged but moved on to next workout.

thanks for doing roberta's gym. i can find anyone else that posts their results from it.
Unless you are tracking your food intake and maintaining exactly the same level of food consumption and physical activity PLUS doing these jumping jacks as extra, then you will not lose 1lb per week. The body subconsciously adjusts your default physical activity levels and/or makes you eat more when you add an extra activity like this. If you do not track it, then you are highly unlikely to lose weight.
I miss you
Imma do this and stick to 5days a week for 6months and see how it goes cuz a few weeks it was toned and lifted . Now in a caloric deficit and working out imma put this in for months not stop and see how it goes!
Here's a tip (even though it's been 4 years): weigh yourself before shower, before eating, and after using the restroom. Don't eat an with in at least an hour before bed. drink 1 glass of water before bed. 20 minutes a day if you're just starting work out. more if you want. I wouldn't say cut out all the food you love. this is what my mom told me, "It's not WHAT you eat, it's how MUCH you eat." And by the way, don't compare yourself to others. compare yourself to what you use to look like.

Well yea the fact you even noticed a difference in a week is astonishing it takes true patience and determination to get more results but ill try Roberta's gym's 30 min videos from now on then thats good results!! Keep it up

You didn't fail...it was just that you didn't rest. While watching your video I thought to myself how can you complete 20 weeks of program in only 14 weeks or 140 days of program in just 106 days, realised that you didn't have any rest days. Felt bad for you, cause rest is as important as exercise, especially in strength training.

I have PCOD and i started doing roberta's 20 min no jumping cardio everyday. I lost like 6 kg in 3 month and now my period is back.😂... idk if it's because of the exercise or because of i cut off excess junkfood and sugar from my life.😂... but it did work for me.

Best exercise when its raining outside :D By the way how many minutes/hour it take for 1000 jumps?
It took me around 12-15 minutes 💪🏻😆 you can do it while watching tv or drama too but in case you lose counts, prepare 10 things (100 jumps/ each)
Exercises really show their results in a month ,so try doing jumping ropes for 1000 times it will surely help you lose weight in a month but some targetted lower belly exercises are also needed

1:20 People in the commenst in their videos are always lying. It's just those people who lose weight faster when they have fast metabolism. And people cut out lots of things when it comes to foods and drinks. It's a beautifull lie when people post videoes of themselves showing that they dramatically lost 10 kg in just 7 days is just insane and unrealistic. It demotivates others and increase insecuritites about how their body works. We are not the same, every bodies works differently!

It’s different for different people and body types. It may take one person one week but you two or a month. Either way are you willing to put in the time and effort to see if results come 💯 and she still had results just not the ones she was hoping for
