Drone and Go Pro footage from the VAGE Mk2 Meet on Sunday 15th starting out at the Kilcoran Lodge, just outside Cahir, Co. Tipperary. Thanks to Kilcoran Lodge for having us and laying on teas and coffees for us.
Bit of gopro and drone footage from the spin up to Christ the King in Aherlow and then onto a food stop, and over The Vee and into Lismore, and a bit of me at the start getting a low car out of a shed, #loweredcars #lowandslow
Great day out and mk2s in all shapes and sizes.

MKII 4LIFE
Looks like ye had a great day. Loved the fact there were a few tractors in the car park along with all the VWs ❤❤❤❤
Looks class 😎
Well done Josh! Cracking day 👊
Para que sirve el GPS ni na
Que recuerdos la Clayson😍💪 que guapa
Nice one Joshua
That man knows how to operate a combine. Fabulous video, great use of drone footage, beautiful scenery. The only thing I would say is it would have been even better with period tractors drawing away, I fully get using modern tractors for roadwork , safety and comfort etc. just from a video point of view it would have been even better if there was say a 5000 or MF 188 or similar on trailer duty.
Lovely to see the Clayson combine working great machine and lots of them still working around the country.
I read the title wrong and thought this was supposed to be 1968. First thought was Jesus some quality filming. Then I saw the modern tractors and realised my mistake
Easy mistake made, I probably didn't make it clear enough, but yes it was recorded in August just gone by.
First straw I ever baled was blind one of those happened days thank for bringing lovely memories back together thank 😊
Thank you for taking the time to share 👍
Ticking over like a mouses heart Old is gold
My gran came from Waterford, she often talked of the fields and the lanes , but by the time I could travel life caught up . I will get there .beautiful country , what a great machine and your harvest looks good . Absolute joy . Great video 👍🥃 If you keep putting videos out like this you'll soon have some followers .
Thanks very much, lovely part of the world indeed!
Great video. We used to have a 133 in the 80s. Loved driving it, but it was heavy without power steering. Seat position was pretty good. Lot less dusty than the Masseys.
I drove an m140 for 15 years never a problem ran like a Swiss clock. Is yours a m133
I'll have to find out for you, I'm only the camera man, but it's good friend that owns it
Found out, and you're correct, it's a M133 well spotted.
Great era of new holland combines and with an origional co waterford reg. Lovely countryside and machine is a credit to its carer
Thanks to everyone who's watched the video, honestly thought it might get 100 views, so to see over 2k to me is amazing to me. Thank you!
Bloody flying it running like a swiss watch
It's had a lot love over the years as you'd imagine, but engine is original. Sounds as good as new in fairness.
I drove a combine the equivalent distance from here to Madrid once and harvested 7,000 acres on the way with a Class 106 and a 30' header. 36 years ago!
Thanks for sharing! 30ft head was a big harvester in the 80s
Just wondering what the cutting width is? Looks like a 12' I'm also wondering how old the combine is? Its a long time since I saw a Clayson.
It's a 10ft head, small by todays standards but in 1968 that was big business!
Lovely video. There's still a few of these 'old New Hollands' doing a day's work around the country. Great machines for their time, they seem to have outlasted the competition such as Claas Matadors and Senators, Fahr M88s and Fergie 400 & 500 series.
Phenomenal ❤❤❤
Great work
