Edit: You have to find the original location of the game file, and then make a shortcut with that one. It did not solve my problem, but I think it might be a graphic card problem on my part.

Solution for Epic launcher- Open three dots on game from library> manage> enable launch options and type in " -dx11 or -dx10" so on> Play!
