Alternating Lunges

Front lunges work the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. You can do these with or without weight and get a nice challenging workout. Concentrate on bringing the back knee down and it will help to not extend the front knee past your toes. Passing your toes on the front leg puts to much strain on your knee.
