I really appreciate you ! I bought one just like your model , but it’s called a Kismile! Your son is soo bright! I really don’t like people. I love animals and Gods / good people , but I tend to like the young and older ! And some in middle 😂 I find the way autistic people see things so refreshingly honest and human . This thing defeats the purpose of cooling cause that duct coming from the top blows hot and I mean hot air from the motors inside the unit and yeah you can pipe that to outside buuut the duct it self is hot to the touch and just heats up air around it.😊

That is what I got at my house. A 2013 ruud choice series with a noisy Copeland scroll compressor. I do not like it one bit as it has so many issues that pop up randomly.
Can you do a start up and shut down video of that unit?
I don’t have my recording device with me, so I can’t plus the cooling season is ending and the fan season is starting up.@@ArisBuliteanu
I might get a startup of it during the heating season. The unit is just garbage and the thermostat has a very high temperature swing and it never hits the set temperature exactly.@@ArisBuliteanu

Kinda, but their compressors are very different. My sister has a trane unit that has a totally plugged up condenser coil and a very dirty filter but it still blows ice cold air for a R410A unit

How many AC videos are you going to make??
Depends. When I see a brand new unit, I usually get some start up and shut downs. So far they put three brand new units! So I make it all start up and shut down off all brand new units.
Oh, and sometimes I usually make more videos of these air conditioners in my apartment complex but only with my iPad. If Mom takes it then…

How efficient is a window ac unit with an EER rating of 9?

@@ArisBuliteanu nice, 3 of the 4 units I have are rated with or have a close eer rating to 9. The ruud has an eer rating of 7.8 I think but the ruud is efficient though it runs way to much. I do not know the eer rating of my defunct vintage nordyne central unit. The reason why the nordyne is defunct is the building it serves is no longer in use, the disconnect is off, and has a damaged suction line and is covered in English ivy.
@@ArisBuliteanu I know my 2002 whirlpool has a high eer rating like 8 point something but it is not bad and it is in mint condition. The mid 80s unit does have an eer rating of 9. I have seen a lot of whirlpool unit with the same chassis and they are really good for what they are, the cool and dehumidify very well and do not run a lot plus they do not have that loud and annoying sloshing sound from the motor like some units do. My local park has a comfortaire unit of the same size as mine and it is loud and the motor has an annoying sloshing sound when running, it is not the water build up but something else.
