Well this was a godsend. I went from being like 5+ seconds slow to finally getting it. Took hours, but I managed it. I will say, though, two notes, for anyone looking to use this: 1) It's vital you spin the scientist at 0:52 head on, or else there will be TNT in the next room. 2) That first electric gate is very timing based. Changing pathing too much will screw up the timing. I never could get it down consistently, but I had a bit better luck swinging wide to the left ( to get the ! Crate) and then to the right, and then spinning through the 1 Crate to around Center or Center-Left. Pushing against the walls felt like it helped mark the route. You'll want to just... feel it out. Figure out what you can do consistently or not, to try to improve that opening- because you will need it, to get the cycle right.

I remember I found that level for lucky when I was a kid trying to get the second path clear gem,I was very happy!

38:03, did it faster on 0:03 ms. 😅 Did only one mistake. I run with npc, it was a real challenge. The main thing is to make perfect turns one by one and to save boost. I think i needed 3 hours and 300 hundred attempts. Now i am free 😂

Worst level ever

This level more than any other feels like complete luck. Plenty of levels have cycles you have to meet to get the platinum relic. Generator Room is an incredibly tough (but fair) example of this. But I am genuinely convinced that making the cycles in this level is total RNG. I've made it to the first set of spiky logs at identical times and they've been on completely different cycles. Does anyone have a solution for this?

i get why people struggle with this level but its definitely not because of the timer. the level is just awkward to speedrun but the platinum timer is actually VERY forgiving. I went into the level before watching any guides and i didnt even check to know the times needed for each relic. I fell 2 times on the last area and 1 time on the first climb, did not get the triple mask, and had to stop and wait several times for platforms, walls, and bats. I was in the middle of what I felt was an objectively bad run, but I decided to finish the run just to gain experience with the 2nd half of the level. I was shocked when I saw the gold relic pop up and I was even more surprised when I learned that I ended up with a time that was 2 seconds off from the platinum. very forgiving relic

out of all the levels Spaced Out and Piston It Away have been the hardest levels as some were a bit tricky like Sewer Or Later,Ruination, Bee-Having, most of the 4th Warp room, But this takes the cake for most annoying level, only after about 50 attempts did I come here to help me understand what mistakes I was making, my main mistake was respecting the crushers and octopus robots too much, I think that was effecting me due to me not getting this far when I was a kid, N.Gin was practically impossible for me when i was like 6 years old...but now CB2 and CB3 are done to their maximum percentages, I'm debating if i should even attempt the remaining 5% in CB1 (WHOA!!!!)

Surprisingly got gold in like the first proper try but i guess tackling the harder levels early on made me a better player? Anyhow, big thanks!

Two things to note: You need to beat the game to get the speed shoes He's so far ahead of the time because crash's fastest movement is when he's sliding with the speedshoes. You gotta wait until the slide is almost over before jumping. I learned this and smashed it by like 3 seconds when I was barely missing it

A lot of people rank this as their hardest platinum, so I was scared of it. Glad I'm only going for gold for the achievement. This level took me less than 30 minutes going for only gold. Took me 4 1/2 hours to do High Road.

My struggles with this level brought me to this channel. I was coasting on the relic runs up until this point. This map nearly broke me. Whats crazy is sunset vista took me twice as long to complete in contrast to stormy ascent. In stormy ascent all of the obstacles sorta fall in to place if you just keep moving constantly. Sunset vista has a ton of stop and go moments that make it too easy to slip in and out of a groove. Having said all of that, i had to come back to the video that helped me get the remaining relics. Both my hands feel like theyre going through rigor mortis and both my thumbs have blisters on them. Thanks for the helpful videos!

If you know how to do the Mach Tornado tech, you can save almost a whole second at 1:40, as it will allow you to get a huge boost in speed almost immediately due to the incline. Otherwise, it's a tight Plat, but it by no means requires perfect execution. Most of it is just knowing where to optimize your movement and slide jumping when appropriate. I would recommend always sliding on the slippery oil because it allows you to maintain your momentum and keeps you from sliding all over the place. You also don't absolutely NEED to have triple Aku for the 3 crate towards the end, as a simple slide double jump can accomplish the same thing for an extremely marginal time loss if done properly. It just makes it easier.

I actually despise this level, I've gotten the platinum on every single level of the trilogy except for this one. I've been trying for a week and I've gotten just a few milliseconds short 3 different times now. I honestly don't know what to do
