I took Mounjaro from September 2023 to September 2024. I went from 212 to 140 on a 5'4" frame. I did have occasional nausea and constipation and I also noticed my hair getting thinner. With all that I would definitely do it again! I feel so much better and healthier. Good luck on your journey!
Thank you! I’ve been hearing a lot about how doctors are overdosing their patients, titrating them up too fast. I plan to stay at minimal dose so long as it keeps working. I don’t want to just keep upping the dosage because they say to. A lot of the side affects happen because the dosage is too high.
I went from 2.5 to 10 in the year I was on it. I increased the dosage when I stopped loosing weight. My doctor told me he would not increase the dosage any higher than 10. I know some people regain when they stop taking the meds but so far I have been watching what I eat and have not gained any thing.
@debbiemiller589 from what I’ve heard a lot of the people who gain either didn’t ween themselves off of it properly, or didn’t stick to a healthy diet/exercise plan. ❤️

I was on Zepbound from January 2024 to July 2024. I only lost 15 lb, and I was on the max dose. I stopped taking it because I just could not find it at the pharmacy now that I'm off at most of the weight has come back. So this is something that you will need to stay on for the rest of your life to keep the weight off. Also, I did not have any side effects from the medication. The only thing it did was make me not want to eat. And when I say I did not want to eat, I had to remind myself to eat something because I was just not hungry at all, and food did not appeal to me .
Did you start off at max dose or titrate up? I’m adamant that I don’t want to max out on it, I’ve heard it works best if you slowly increase your dosage and only increase when weight-loss stalls. I’m sure I’ll have to be on it indefinitely but I’m hoping to find a maintenance dose when I’m at that point. I’ve had this weight on me for almost 40 years now; I’m sure it’ll be a fight. It always has been.
@nailsbysora3534 I started at the lowest dose. You need to start that way so your body adjusts to the meds. Then I went up to the max dose and was on it for 2 months before I couldn't find it at the pharmacy anymore. So I just stopped taking it. It was so stressful trying to find the meds every month.
All that happened to me was I was totally blocked up and started vomiting. I also had terrible pain on my right side.
So sorry you experienced that. I’m taking magnesium every day to try and prevent it. I’m only on my first week.
I’m getting it from a compounding pharmacy with a prescription from my doctor. Hopefully I won’t have issues with shortages.

When you do the dual forms method, after filling the form, try putting it on your finger almost perpendicular then lightly press down to avoid the smash coming out by the cuticle. Also, wanted to request a tutorial with water colors??
Thank you 🥰 I’ll try that next time. I haven’t worked with watercolors on nails, I’ve done alcohol inks but I can definitely try! Generally speaking though you don’t want water near the nails when working with gel because it can get trapped and cause mold. I’ll have to look up tutorials but that sounds fun! 🤩

Not sure if you know, this isn’t the happy spring collection for 24.This is their bundle of le paints for nail art. So these are not the buttercreams. This particular collection as been around several years, and does require a longer cure. Good luck!

I tried to do a set with the yellow and because I was putting it on too thick like the color gels (now discontinued) it never properly cured and the inside stayed uncured until they eventually all popped off and then I figured out what the problem was. so you do not want to build these up too much. Core memory was made that day! 😂

Hi! at around 19:30 you said you were going to use builder gel to cover the ridge area. Did you apply builder gel across the entire nail or just the area under the nail tip?
Hi! So I used the builder gel to create the actual structure of the nail. When you put on half cover tips you need to do an overlay of something; builder gel, acrylic, structure gel....so I used builder gel as that overlay and applied a layer from cuticle line up to the free edge. When you place the tip onto nail does it not push out the base gel towards side walls and touch the skin ?
@@luxy1193 if you smoosh it down or use too much it will. You want to push it down just enough for the gel to expand to all edges and then flash cure it. If you do wind up flooding the cuticles just file it away with your efile or hand file.

Sometimes at the salon. Usually when they’re shorter but when they get beyond a certain point then they do more of a rounded almond.
