Creating this channel as a outlet for myself and maybe someone will resonate with it. I've been on a awakening journey since 2010 so I will chat about that. Also interested in discussing the mind/body connection, anything to do with healing and God/Source. Hoping to make some friends also! Anyone who is also on this journey knows how lonely it can be. I have no interest in pretending to be anything other than I am in this moment. I'm in my 40's, weird, awkward, and tend to swear! Ha

A mini awakening started for me in 2010 when I left the church. Went through dark times for the next 10 years before my big awakening in 2020. This video is my past leading up to May 2019 when I met my Twin Flame. Thanks for watching! Excited to hear other’s stories in the comments so we can connect. 💕
Kundalini head shaking

Hello, my name is Adriane. Just a quick video of the kundalini energy moving through my throat chakra and how this started a few months ago. I have blockages there from a car accident three years ago. I'm still learning about all of this and wanted to vlog about my journey. Thanks!
I think DFs should continue to commune together... We have a whole different outlook on many matters during spiritual awakening.... also, for a job to say "we don't have time for breaks," is Cray Cray.... It is economically challenging for a lot of people now.... Must have something to do with timeline change/Ascension.
Thanks for the reminder. I feel hopeless at the moment but I know things always work out. I need money!! haha It actually feels likes like the universe is blocking me from working right now. Can't make anything happen.

@sourcehealing82 she is with a karmic or soul mate now. I'm in a crazy situation because I met my twin right before I got married. Looking back, she recognized the connection 1st. I recognized it a year later. She is friends with my wife but they rarely call each other.
Once I learned about the missing Bible books, my life changed... then when I recognized my twin, my life changed again. 😅
@@wizebankz7213 same for me! Meeting my twin activated me and it’s been a huge learning experience ever since. Is your journey getting easier as you let go of identifying and attaching to things?
@sourcehealing82 This year, I have learned to savor every moment, especially when I take multiple breaks throughout the day to be present. The positivity of the Spiritual community is helpful too.

@sourcehealing82 I will admit, there are certain moments on a random day when I'm like, "Hey Universe, what the F is taking so long?". But then I start grounding my energy all over again.
I experienced the head shaking a couple nights ago after breath work (2 hours or so). This Kundalini stuff must be helping my other half some way because I can't get her off my mind...
@@wizebankz7213 was this the first time that the kundalini went to your head? Today I was doing a Joe dispensa meditation and my whole body was shaking!! Are you a twin flame?
@sourcehealing82 This was my first Kundalini head reaction. I've had what they call the 'heart activation' twice. It randomly happens when I'm in the vicinity of my twin 🔥. It's like God/Universe/Soul was telling me from the beginning, "Get out of mind."
