You'st a little info. You should not engage the drive lever unless the hydrostat is in neutral. The you adjust hydrostat. When shifting from forward to reverse ore reverse to forward you should always stopp i frew seconds in neutral to avoid damage to the hydrostatic. Best regards from a dude in Norway.

I was always considering one of these Chinese snow blowers with the LCT on it just worried about parts and availability. But every new MTD is practically the same. It’s either one of these with a LCT, Snapper 1024 (which is same as Briggs 1024 which is also pure China) or a older more powerful MTD with a 8 or 10 horse Tecumseh or a 824 or 1024 Ariens to replace my clapped out worn out 5hp MTD that bogs over light snow even with it revving to the moon with the govoner by passed.

Pretty much have to cut the grass off of it after each use. They sell a lot of the parts for this on Amazon. Before I was paying a fortune from part sites online. Pretty much will need a new mow ball each year. Works great on tall grass in the TX hill country. Thanks for the video.

The Honda snowblower is a much better product. However its widely known the Hss928 is Underpowered for what the machine is. Skip it and go for the 1332 instead

This model 135r I not know, the FSA135 I have it over 3 years have used and abused it over manufacturers recommendation never have a problem, wish I can say the same in regard to the batteries and I have them all from AP200 to AP500S.

How well does it dethatch? Looks like a nice time saving setup but it cost like $600 on amazon and I don't want to spend that much on something that doesn't dethatch that good.

had the same problem with a 20 + year old trimmer. Mow ball frozen, carrier plate will not come off shaft. Ordered a new assembly, four bolts and I'm done. I did bust off the bolt like you did but the new assembly is complete, all I have to find is another bolt.

Honda riders are AWESOME! I have a 5518 I’m trying to get running again. It’s a compact tractor with 4 wheel steering, front and rear PTO, and a front hydraulic lift.

I got one last year with the mount/plow for 160$. I got it running but its hard to start yours just turned over once or twice and started. I rebuilt the carb with a gasket kit and the idle jet o ring. I welded a 1.7 gallon honda white metal tank on the rear where the bagger mount is. It was REALLY bad and coated with crystalized fuel. Think it needs another clean? Carb bow gets fuel.

You should do a video changing the hydro fluid and doing the service manual procedures to bleed air from the hydro, because, cough cough, someone, not me, Adopted a 3013 with all the hydro fluid drained and now it won’t move and I suspect it’s air in the hydro.

I have the same unit...I spent $400 on it about 5 years ago, and no problems. Do you have a diagram or photo that shows how the mower deck belt is routed? My belt just shredded and came off, and I can't find a diagram specific to the 3013H. Thanks.

I picked one up yesterday. Only had an hour today to do oil change, coolant top up. New gas line and filter ran to a can of fresh gas. It ran for sec off partially primed filter, but would not pull gas. I hooked up to the gas tank, but it would not clear the air out of line. Had to leave for work at that point. I think it is sucking air, has a bad pump, or stuck float or something in carb. Continue tomorrow… Thanks for video!

Back in 86' yeah 1986 I bought a Honda H3009 with the bagger brand spanking new for around $2800. Looks just like your H3813 but with a 30" deck. Sold it after I sold that house for $1400. We finally bought another house with a half acre lot and I picked up my present mower a Honda H3011 in 2004 used and rolled over for $250. So the bagger was out of shape several struts were bent the steering wheel column cover was twisted but the mower ran like it ought to. Over the years I replaced parts that were bent and broken and now I've had this H3011 for 20 years now and over the years I know what to expect from him. But my H3011 started off like a real major fixer-upper and now he looks great again just like yours without the grass cuttings littering the engine compartment. Because god made blowers for specifically cleaning grass clippings off of your mower every time you use it. But I'm wondering . . . . do you still have it?

I have a 2023 928 wheel model. What a pita to do a oil change ,the tire is taller than the oil drain , easier to take the tire off , then i put a short 2x4 under the other wheel to drain the oil.
