This is my first time watching one of your videos. Glad you recovered from your surgery. New Sub. Equinox has a video about the difference between park 1 and 2. Park 1 uses 5 tone variances where park 2 uses 50 tone variances. Park 1 operates at a lower frequency, so you'll have better penetration for finding deeper and larger targets. Park 2 operates at a higher frequency, which gives less penetration, but will also allow you to find smaller targets. I'm like you, I run park 1 or field 1. Park 2 sounds strange to me.

I heard at the end of the video that frustration. I always hunt where they sit or place the bags any location on the park. I always spend less than 30 min short hunts. That takes care of that. Only hunt where lots of people or standing or sitting and that has been my charm of locating gold rings. Retired and over 40 years of dirt, lake and sea.

Yes, a lot of trash, but I use to have Nox 800 and I had that little sniper 6" coil. I cherry pick from # 8-22 and yes, I dug a lot of pull tabs and also dug a lot of gold rings and why dig coins when you can dig gold? I now have the Deus2 and with the number system and the cherry-picking guess what? more gold rings that deus2 makes the Nox way behind the eight ball. Still the Nox is a great machine, I dig in the dirt and average 20 gold rings a year not including the gold coins.

I’m going to try this with my new vibratory tumbler. I’m hoping I can polish some silver for jewelry and clean up my junk silver when I feel confident enough. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the video. I took up coin shooting for about a year almost 40 years ago. I still have all of it, uncleaned in an antique jar. I won’t clean that stuff up. Fun hobby.

I'm glad the bay fish die off is just a bad memory...I live about two hundred yards from the Vinoy park in St Petersburg... We near Savannah have big tides because of the continental shelf off shore. All the water rushes in and rushes out. Rivers reverse daily. Currents are dangerous in tidal creeks and rivers too. A strong high tide can be 8ft + vertically.

That’s a good idea, I will start leaving a quarter on the beach every time I go. We have a vacation planned to Clearwater beach in August.
