2023 Garden Prep- Tilling and Adding Manure
Problem I have you never added in the cost of the truck, the trailer, fuel, insurance for the truck and the work and the the other expenses like government might take you a little longer to pay it off
@@ShadBakeryou are absolutely correct. Everyone who’s doing this type of work will have to calculate their own expenses. Thankfully my truck, trailer, and tractor are all paid off before I started this side hustle business. Besides insurance, fuel, and wear n tear on equipment, the rest is profit. Folks say they can’t make the payment. It really depends on their other expenses. But if we are only looking at the equipment payment, it can definitely be done.
Been there many times 😢
Super easy side hustle! I do this too!
Super easy side hustle! I do this too!
Looking at getting a bobcat E40, next size bigger than this one. Definitely a good side hustle! Keep it up!
Good choice! Thanks!
Yeah ill take business advice from someone else 😂
Go for it!
you're omitting insurance, fuel, depreciation etc.
I know, I said that in the description.
Can I rent out dump trailers on a day by day basis or weekly?
You absolutely can, Depending on your locations your rate might be different. Here in eastern NC I’m seeing rentals about $250-$300 per day range. Not sure on weekly rates. I do not rent mine out, nor do I haul trash/ debris. Only tree debris, rock, dirt, mulch. No one will take care of it like you will. Higher risk of it getting damaged. Mike is being used so much, I’ll make way more doing deliveries than it would make as a rental unit.
@bigcountryearthworksllc and the monthly payment is like $400 so you'll be balling once you get a client List going
I would like to know what licenses I need to do this
No special licenses needed. Obviously your drivers license. No CDLs for this setup.
@@bigcountryearthworksllc I guess my next question is how do I go about booking a construction job? This is new to me because I’m a mobile mechanic. But I figure I have the smart to run a pick up truck with a dump bed.
Man..that's one sexy tailgate...😂
I mean they aren’t easily moved it actually takes the proper truck and trailer and that my friend can be fucking expensive on top of that you have to make it to where the metal doesn’t heat up the inside etc. there’s a lot of work and money that goes into making a container home, plus you’d most likely want to have more than one so you actually have space. I’ve looked into this method of building and park model homes on a trailer chassis seems to be the way better option and you also don’t need building permits for them either since they are movable and are on wheels. You also only need a fifth wheel attachment or just an ordinary trailer hitch plus your own truck to haul it. Much much better and more cost efficient then a container home. Just a fyi
@@Alexander-uz8qk oh you are absolutely right, but I wasn’t referring to using one as a tiny home. I’ve got 2 of them just for a quick and easy storage building purposes. Better than the cheap built wood storage sheds from Lowe’s. Lol
Looks a lot easier than my battery operated branch trimmer followed by the zero turn 😂
If you got a truck an a goose neck you got all sort of hustle opportunities 😊
Anything other than high priced green paint!!! 😂
Beautiful picture
@@user-jt7ex8rq4p thank you!

@@kellygannon6169 absolutely!
Absolutely beautiful your so lucky id love waking up every morning to that
@@BrookeBishop-px4ww the Lord has blessed us for sure. We are so thankful.
Is it?
Nice crepe myrtle tree
Thanks! The driveway is lined with white ones Then there are a few of those pink ones around the yard as well.
Good job mowing
Haha it takes 2hrs of riding on my 60” zero turn and 1hr or so trimming.
you are slow bro you are undercharging gotta make enough money so by the time your truck breaks down you have a little saved money for that
@@ChavaBautista I’m not gonna buy a dump truck, I own a dump trailer. I broker out my dump truck loads. This is a side hustle I run while I’m at my full time job.
No. It kills tons of creatures living there, most probably evacuate and have their "homes" destroyed
I'm interested to know how you charge and what not, looking to start doing something similar
@@superomegapaco very simple, I figure out what materials I want to offer to my clients for delivery only. Then I go out and find the materials at the materials yards, get their price sheet, add 30% to their prices. Advertise that amount. Then figure out the radius I want to deliver these material to. For me, I start at $100 delivery fee per load for any delivery 10-15 min from me, the farther away, the price goes us. Cash or check or i accept Venmo, PayPal and credit cards with the Square reader, then add 3.5% fee and the county tax percentage. ( cash or check I don’t add this)
I just bought one for my personal uses I haul for all kinds of people now never advertised just word of mouth 4 months later I am booked out a week and making 500 too 1500 a day net.
Where did you get your trailer? Is it a dump trailer? Thanks
Just bought a used small dump gooseneck off Facebook. After 4 months will be buying new now
That’s excellent! I’ve been doing this for 4 years on the side and it’s very profitable as you are saying.
@@BohohankI got the one in the video from a local trailer dealer. It’s a 14ft PJ
Advertise locally for junk removal big money
That is a good one also, I’ve chose to only deliver rock, mulch, and dirt to homeowners. Not worth risking a nail in my tires when hauling the trash/ junk to the land fill. Neither truck or trailer tires are cheap these days. lol
Did that today
Until you find an old cinder block or spare wheel or wires idk anything metal
Until youhit a bee's nest abd they find you next lap around.
Not a chance this guy knows the definition of the word “Profit”
@@Patrick-df9nb that’s ok, I’ve been running this business for 4 years and it’s making plenty of money. Thanks for the comment tho!
