What i learn from Him is that in order to be strong, first thing first, you need to realize that you are weak. Once you get rid of those weaknesses you have, then you're strong. The new level of understanding is that knowing that all your training isn't just about to be strong, but also to be whole. Once you'd realize that the knowledge you have in order to be strong is actually useful on other things. They're all interconnected. In the past 4 days, ive been trying to keep a peaceful mind im still 14 but ive regretted being unhappy from doing whatever, because rage consumes me i wish to not be consumed i wish to be better. ive helped many people in the process, and have gotten many people trying to get to my nerves some has gotten into my nerves and has made me lose control hence rage consumed me again but this time i choose to stay put, and be as still as possible. i want to keep this up for an entire year and improve my mental state while doing so, learning self discipline and emotional control while improving in strenght because all kind people, are truly strong.
