Great info, thanks Andrew and Jerry! In terms of the initial market research for STRs besides working with STR specific brokers are there other things you do initially to look at comps? Things like AirDNA or other resources.
Brokers, vrbo, airbnb, and other analytics sources like AirDNA are great resources. After you get to know the area and submarket, it becomes a bit easier as well.
