The Cape Cultural Collective is a group of people who are passionate about South Africa and it's culture. Through the spoken word, song, dance and poetry they touch lives, change their audience's outlook on life and create awareness of South Africa's unique beauty.
The Rosa Choir programme
One of the Cape Cultural Collective's flagship projects is the Rosa Choir, a unique community ensemble that brings together a diverse group of choristers. Our choir performs a captivating mix of traditional and popular songs in English, Xhosa, and Afrikaans. Named after the iconic Cape Malay/Dutch song "Rosa," the choir celebrates unity and cultural diversity, transcending boundaries of class, religion, language, and background.

Khadija, you encapsulate exactly how I felt about my mother and her mother. ,'I am a tall climb of a tree... I am the home you made of me'😢They are now both passed on, I lost my mother this January, 2024. Grandmother, 2002. It still feels fresh. It still pains. Thanks for this Poem to aid my healing and grieving process.
