im autistic and i love this audio for sleep and relaxation because my special interest* is groceries such as different stores, making shopping lists, price comparisons ect, but i cant go to real life supermarkets often because theyre over crowded and overwhelming for me so this really helps with feeling like im there even when im not! :) (just wish there wasnt ads every five minutes!) *(for those who dont know a special interest is like an autistic person’s biggest obsession in a way but it brings comfort routines and joy)
