No, not a million dollar property. I’m tired looking at the amount of stairs. The rooms and closets are small.

Townhomes are sooo 90s 😂😂😂first of all lol but this isn’t worth a million-the floor plan is the same as older townhomes built over ten years ago. First, I don’t like stairs without a landing, too many damn stairs without a breaking point next I don’t want to have to walk up to my kitchen, then I don’t like narrow spaces and last I don’t want to be that close to my neighbors. Real estate is very overpriced now. Years ago something like this would have been half this price. This is MY OPINION ONLY!!!! Anyway nice presentation. 💪🎯

Primary Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom...The Vinings area was priced high in the eighties..This is astronomical to be sharing walls, but it will have a buyer...🤑😀

I have seen much better with more space for a lot less than a million. Ridiculous that people pay a million just to see a skyline,no yard and no where for the kids to play!

Great info! I was with KW for the first four years of my career. They taught me everything I know about real estate especially since I got licensed just a year prior to the crash. However, they never gave me one lead while I was there. They did teach me how to get my own business. I do recommend if you are just starting off that you get with a big-named brokerage, but if you intend on leaving or think there is a possibility that you will leave in less than a two-year period stay away from Metro Brokers or at least do your homework and read everything. They will charge you for everything they taught you and put it on your credit if you don't pay them upon exiting.
