quick tip to help big baby develop into a worldbeater: 1. click on big baby 2. click on development (at the top) 3. click on position role duty and start training him in whatever role you wanna use (for example advanced forward) 4. the game will highlight the most important attributes for that specific role, so for example passing is an important stat for advanced forwards but big baby has 3 passing, so you go into additional focuses and click on passing. this will make his passing attributes go up faster. players under the age of 18 don't need much gametime to develop, and it's training that's more important. once they turn 18 they need games. i wouldn't worry though, big baby is going to be 14 for a long time!

Hi, previouis commenter here. Looking at youth teams of national teams is a really good idea, and definitely scout the youngest players. For example, if on the u19 squad of vietnam there´s a 15 year old, he´s probably a wonderkid. What I said in the previous video is if you go to World, then click World, then go to transfers, whre it says all transfers you can click Youth Intake, and it will show you the youth intakes of teams around the world. It´s a good idea to check south american youth intakes since they always have high potential players.

quick tip: if you click the globe icon top right of the screen, you can find the youth intakes of other teams, including ones in your league! scout those for some talent
