Sir, i am the sole creator. I did the payment. I did receive a message that your payment is successful but after that i did not get the receipt.my diary number was not generated. It is showing in pending status. I have sent copyright office 3 emails regarding the same but till date there is no response. Pl guide. The ph no of copyright office is also not working

If in case trademark registration is in process then during search certificate application before uploading logo if we add TM in top of the logo would it help?

Sir, My device mark has two portions left part is logo and right part is text with specific font of my Company name. I want to get protection on left logo as well as complete device mark as a whole image so that no part of my device mark can be copied. Whether Copyright would give me protection in whole device mark ? if someone changes my left logo little bit and use it on their name would it be allowed under copyright protection? In that situation should I need to file two application? i.e. one is for left logo and another is for complete device mark? Please help me.

Dear Sir/Madam, Good morning, I was applied trade mark registration on 06/04/2024, later on i got examination report on 27/06/2024, as follows "Applicant is required to amend the applicant category from OTHER to SINGAL firm by filling TM-M with requisite fee" .for above queries i was filed TM-M correction of clerical error or for amendment u/s-37 and same replied in miscellaneous reply but i got objected. Hence i was trying to file TM-A in small enterprises and changing category to OTHER to SINGAL firm then update mail and mobile no but unable edit in name and address columns. kindly check out and resolve the problem at earliest.

hi sir , I applied for FORM TM-C, search certificate like you explained. I got four Search Report of Conflicting Trade Marks. they said "In view of the enclosed Search Report under Rule 22 (1) of the Trade Marks Rules 2017, Copyright certificate under Section 45(1) of the Copyright Act, 1957 cannot be issued. However, if you so desire, you may file written submission in this regard within 2 months from the date of receipt of this objection letter. Please note that written submission received after expiry of the above mentioned period will not be considered and the case be treated as closed". should I explain all four of them is not like my design ?. where to send this. please help. will I still get certificate . thank you

Hi! Do we need the Trademark Search Certificate for an Image which forms part of Relation of Goods or Service (not the logo) for example the Photograph of my dress worn by modle. This is not a logo but yes it forms part of in relation of Goods or Service. Do I need to file for Trademark Search certificate?

Sir I am TM user. I had registered my TM via Attorney. I dont have any need now for LPC, I just want to keep it for my future use incase if any problem. If I need LPC directly at my address can I get it? As attorney is asking unnecessary charges for thing which I can do for 900 Rs. Please guide.
