相模川左岸側を流れる境川では、相模原市付近で一時的に「氾濫危険水位」を越えました。 以前、台風１９号の時も同様になって京王相模原線高架下で越水して町田街道が浸水した事が有りました。 この時は朝の時間帯で出勤時にバスで通過した際に目撃出来ました。 今回の台風１０号では未明の時間帯だったため神奈川県の防災情報を目にする事しかできませんでしたが、かなりの降雨だったので監視カメラで見ると県の防災職員が川岸付近で氾濫ギリギリの状態を観察している姿が確認できました。 おそらく上流部でこの有様だと中・下流域では「氾濫」していてもおかしくないと思いましたよ。😨😰😱

もっと危険な川はたくさんある
小田原市を流れる酒勾川でも水位上昇は半端なかったですよ カネボウ化粧品小田原工場は酒匂川沿いに在るんだけど、数百m上流に設置されてる酒匂川取水堰が全開放しているものだから、堤防上の道路付近まで水位が上昇していましたね カネボウ化粧品小田原工場前の護岸沿いに野球場やサッカー場が何面もあるんだけど、全て水没してバックネットやゴールポストが下流の方へ流されていました 対岸のサイクリングコースも水没しており、水が引いた後の芝生は大量の泥に埋もれていました 惨状を見に来た近所に住んでいるらしい老人の話だと、「丹沢にダムが建設される前は、台風シーズンには頻繁にあったよ。国道１号線の酒勾橋も橋脚が流されて何ヵ月も通行止めになったこともあるしね。相模湾に注ぐ河口の目の前の海は上流から流されて来た流木だらけで、島が出来たと思える位に沖合い数百m幅数キロmに渡って茶色い浮遊物に埋め尽くされていたよ。今では台風が来ても大量の瓦礫や流木が流れて来ないんだから悲壮感は全く無いよ。しかしながら、ここまでの水位上昇は久しぶりだなあ」って言ってました 半世紀前の台風シーズンは、今回よりも更に凄い状況が頻繁にあったとのことに、ビックリして聞き入ってしまいました

ググると洪水にまでなったのは、1982年が最後だそうですけども、2019年はかなり危なかったですよね。 このままだとおしゃれになった海老名が水没する日がいつか来ると想います。
