Big people doesn't care how they look because they have other things to focus. Rich people never show off! Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, Sundar pichai, Bill Gates, Narayan Murthy they wear simple dress, some wear 1 pair of t-shirt & pant and sneakers for even presentation and big meetings. Use that kind of money to make life better like food, shelter, education as DRC (Congo) people is already struggling to make ends meet and basic necessities. When all things are satisfied than go for those millionaire look attire. I will say it waste of money. Also this shows DRC people's are still colonial slave in mindset.
