That's why I love skill based matchmaking, I don't get jumped by higher prestige gamers. Most of them join a lobby and camp just to get a nuke. I was just in a lobby few days ago and the man was slaughtering me with a shotgun, he killed me about 15 times running around with a shotgun. But after I died a few times the game switched me over to noob lobby. Now I've been playing nothing but noob lobbies. If you want to get into a noob lobby then just die a few times. You can always win every match. that's the problem with RUclipsr's

You could shot Packie and his partner after bringing them to the destination to get 1K from each and you also get a automatic pistol. Packie will still be available for the heist. Don’t shot him before tho.

For the people who had the same struggle as me trying to get packie to spawn right before the vanjelico scope out mission make sure you have 0 missions for franklin meaning complete all current stranger and freaks for franklin and all main missions for franklin including the pulling another favor, I did this and got packie first try after completing all current missions for franklin

I give up trying to get Packie. I have tried numerous times to try to get him and he never pops up. Which makes me believe he is no longer an option as a crew member. Otherwise it would not be this difficult to try and get him.
