Not much seasoning, looks rather bland. Not even garlic? No sear on the pork? Leeks turned grayish, perhaps use another veg and add shallots or onion?
Thank you for your advice @diannesingletary9772. The dish overall has a lot of flavours , the umami from the mushrooms and the meat, the sweetness of the leeks. The wine, the condiments and fresh thyme add also a lot of flavour to the dish.
