It's kind of funny how some even bigger cameras could still be more compact than this, like my c200. has build in ND's, great autofocus, long battery life all in the body and if you want, you can still shoot raw lol. can't wait to see you making a vlog with that beast, probably makes for a great arm and grip strength workout
I actually looked at the c200 for a loong time and was debating on wether to get it, because as you say it is really compact. Somehow went down the route of the modular cinematic setup. Still super happy with the BMPCC6K for the jobs that I do, just my back hurts after a whole week of shooting 😄
@@leonfarrenkopf the blackmagic is a bomb camera and in the end, the c200 is still a heavy-ass camera. Shoulder still hurts after a whole day😅

I don't think this is the cheapest camera when you can get a ziess ikon 120 film folding camera from $20.
Yeah you are right. But I was talking about medium format camera with no real obstacles like only having limited exposure speeds, no focusing through a viewfinder etc. There are medium format pinhole cameras that are even cheaper. Also when comparing camera prices I think you also have to take into account how different handling of a camera has a learning curve. With film prices these days you can easily tank 4-5 film rolls before getting good results, which would already match a Kiev 60 in price, which uses the exact same buildup as 35 mm film cameras like the Canon AE1 etc. and makes the process in itself faster and more enjoyable:)

The lenses were quite good. The big problem is quality control. Light leaks & film spacing issues were quite common.
I bought one a few weeks ago, it doesn't work. Much of the 120mm film is almost entirely dark as if it were overexposed (I took the exposure from my D800 taking into account the Portra 160 ISO) and the shots do not respect the boundaries of the frames. The three printed photographs have light leaks on the sides and a white band on the top. Now it serves as an ornament.
