Especially for Ruthie and my Instant Pot friends! :) Here's how I make the super flavorful MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST. I think it's pretty easy and fun, since I don't like to cook (the traditional way)! Please don't laugh TOO hard at me. LOL! Clarification: Brown the pot roast for 5 minutes EACH SIDE!
