Woodlawn is not haunted unless you consider the Irish that toiled there to enrich the Trench family. My grandfather worked at Woodlawn from the age of 12 (1914) until 1923. It was simply a hard life, and he was glad to be able to leave and come to America. I went through the building with a relative that lived in New Inn back in 1992, and it was in rough shape then, I have mixed feelings about it being restored, part of me would like to see it so, another part says let it rot away like the British Empire did....

Nicely shot and edited Martin. I recognize most of the shots here as I grew up in Woodlawn. I was there over the 22’ Christmas holidays.
