The good news is that the application is based on Flutter, which is a multi platform framework and I picked it so one day there could be an iOS build. And it is one of the oldest standing tickets github.com/TrackMyIndoorWorkout/TrackMyIndoorWorkout/issues/34 filed 4 years ago. The problem with Apple is that it's a walled garden. I can build a Windows version on Linux, or a Linux version on Windows, or an Android build on any platform. But to build an iOS you need Apple products. At one point project IDX idx.dev/ provided an iOS build, but that feature was removed (probably they struggle with the walled garden principle as well). With my new job I'm quite busy, so I won't have time this holiday season, I need some help from developers with Macs and iOS devices.

I really really want to have an iOS version, that would be one of the best things for the app apart from multilingual support and background recording.

It's the Shaw Ave - N Chestnut Ave in Fresno across the Dog House Grill next to the Fresno State University campus. For more precise location the GPS coordinates are there. The more time passes since this incident the more convinced I am that the person had an emergency.

That would be too difficult. If roads are equal ranked and intersect then there's usually a 4-way stop sign. There's a right hand rule though with a roundabout, and often times drivers screw that up (either not understanding why I yield going into the roundabout, or they unnecessarily stop like with a 4-way stop, or the best: they just swoop in from the right like women have advantage and then they are upset when I honk). I have some recordings of roundabouts, just haven't had time to process them.

Watching it once more: maybe I interpret wrong that my way is the upper rank path, but the path parallel to mine goes right by Trader Joe's so I'd doubt that the perpendicular parking lanes wouldn't be lower rank, ergo my lane is higher. Anyways... that whole mall layout is so screwed up: for example there's absolutely zero planning for pedestrians! Even if people go to the bathroom by car here, they have to exit at some point and walk... the whole layout is quite bad in itself to begin with, so maybe people are just like: "whatever"

On that photo the battery is at the level of number 12, a few inches right to it

Nothing special happened before this, I didn't notice the white car and we just took and exit off of the highway, so I doubt this was any response to earlier driving (I drove very calmly, but not annoyingly slow anyway). After the recording I kept my speed very slow because I wanted the white car to loose us on the surface streets. It took a turn, but later I passed by the car. The occupants didn't interact with us, maybe they didn't recognize us. My friend lives close by and haven't mentioned any more interaction related to this since then. This is happened on Shaw Avenue in Fresno waiting for the turn towards the Doghouse Grill. This is right at the edge of the Fresno State campus. There were shootings before in this area, or other areas around campus, like at the Bulldog Lane where I lived at the Campus Edge apartment complex. But I think this incident was because the white car was really in a hurry, otherwise the occupants probably would have tried to engage.

It didn't make any difference, and it could have been brought trouble on me only. I'd advise anyone to drive defensively.

My intent was just to express my disappointment to the other car. When the door started to open I immediately realized it was a bad move. However how sad it is that you should refrain from honk / flash when someone makes such a dirty move?

Good question. I only had a flip phone when this was recorded and was recorded with a cheap Canon camera, no GPS, but I don't have the original anyway. But this was at the Edwin Warner Park, at one of the shelters which is very close to the river. It mush have been either the Shelter #10 or Shelter #11. Those shelters along with their parking lots are oriented in a way to the river as I remember. Shelter #10's photos on Google Maps show such feature all along the river which could make that wave, but Shelter #11 may have such as well. This section of the Harpeth is not dammed, so you have to wait for some good rains. And I don't think I went down soon enough, so there can be better water levels. Although it was still raining.

I think it's psychology. If I leave a too big gap (and I also don't have stupid tinted windows - which I hate - so they can exactly see through me how far I am following), then it naturally puts some people on the edge. Remember that everybody is in a rush through Los Banos. It may mildly upset me as well if someone unnecessarily drags behind and leaves too big gap. Some people can be upset if you don't go 10 over the speed limit. I'm sitting in a Prius and don't want to be the typical slow Prius. (Also don't want to be a lunatic Prius either). Besides that it's a natural move anyway to align up with the traffic.

@@CsabaTothMr Okay. I meant no disrespect by the question, and thank you for your answer, I was just curious. It doesn't seem to me like moving up is going to fix a tailgating problem. If they want to tailgate, they're going to. I always just get over and let them pass as soon as I can if that happens. In your video, for example, I would have gotten over in the space BEHIND the truck because that would have given the tailgater the chance to pass me sooner. Better to let them get away from you than just to let them keep getting upset because you aren't driving to their expectations for an extended time.

@@TheLouzer_ I didn't take offense. Your strategy is correct. One thing is I never want to hold up a tailgater. So I either get over to the slow lane and let them go) or speed up (like in this case). I don't think I had a serious tailgater in this case, I just know that people are in a hurry (myself too) through this city.

Nothing special happened before or after as I mentioned in the description. I kept following the pick-up carefully so I would not go too close; since I wasn't mad at all. I think this must have been just a fluke, when I was a rookie driver (decade+ ago) it happened with me possibly twice I didn't check a blind spot properly (never caused an accident though because other drivers were more attentive than me. Now it was my turn.). There wasn't any road rage or anything. I didn't even curse or anything because I could counteract and avoid the accident.
