Co workers are most definitely not your friends…especially in an office environment. They are like little snitches just waiting for their chance to advance their own careers/standing in a company at the expense of others. A good tip in general to to avoid the overly happy and positive people like the plague as they are 100% bad news. The best advice I could give is do your work, keep to yourself and leave at the end of the day.

Throughout all of elementary, I AWAYS woke up late! I barley had time to get ready, always tardy. This schedule got me used to not eating breakfast at all. I could have ate my school's cereal, but back than I was fat, didn't really feel comfy eating in public at all😂. But back to my point, I always felt really good throughout my mornings, never too blotted, never too hungry. So yes, I do indeed recommend skipping breakfast for everyone in general. If you're that hungry, just take a snack for school, but trust me, breakfast is really overrated.

Sadly, the Mod cauliflower crust has 84 grams of carbs, lots of sugar, and flour. They add cauliflower to a normal crust. Definitely not Keto friendly
