This is great where the trail system connects to all communities in Cane Bay. It's great too because it is asphalt not concrete. They should have made the trail WIDER. It looks tough to navigate if, for example, you are walking or biking, and a golf cart tries to pass you from behind. Not much room. You could easily get hit if the person on the golf cart doesn't slow down enough or stay to the extreme left when passing. And what happens if golf a cart approaches from the opposite direction (in front of you)? I doubt there's enough room for golf carts to pass each other from opposite directions. Now add in walkers and bikers and you have a disaster in the making. Can't believe those who designed this trail system didn't see this design flaw.

I love the first house so much!! Are any of these still available?!

I laughed at your comment about the neighborhood Facebook page. I don't live in Cane Bay but our neighborhood page can be a lot of drama too. I end up blocking the people who get on my nerves. I looked in Cane Bay when searching for a home in 2020 and I think the neighborhood was just too big for me and some of the areas I looked at were very far back in the neighborhood from 176. Some of that is better now with the back entrances. I previously lived in Goose Creek near the Westview schools which was a great location off 52 and 176, but my house was older and I needed a change. I bought in Foxbank and like it for the most part and I'm at the front of the neighborhood close to the amenities. Several businesses have opened at 52 and Cypress Garden Rd and I can get to Goose Creek or Moncks Corner pretty easily. I do wish I was closer to North Charleston but I wanted a newer home and couldn't find anything I liked that didn't need a lot of updating.

missed opportunity for an exceptional job if you had 10' ceilings and 8 ' tall doors. sad the coffered ceiling is literally sitting on top of the window REALLY and it doesn't cost that much to continue the tub surround tile all the way up the wall . when you place windows so low to the floor it inhibits the furniture from having a solid wall area to be backed up to like the sofa and dressers. not a good look from outside either.

Option 3 is my favorite ❤

The dropzone looks amazing!

Awesome video! Pine Hills is a fantastic area! I love the Cane Bay area - everything is brand new and more and more shops and restaurants are opening all the time!

The problem is there mostly D.R.Horton homes. They build crappy homes!
