Welcome to BarYak Bikepacking Carrying Systems!
BarYak was designed in 2012 to solve the problem of previous bikepacking systems that interfered with braking and shifting performance.
The BarYak systems support handlebar-mounted packs, lightweight armrest systems, harnesses and bags, and fork-mounted cargo, all designed to allow more clearance and freedom of movement between your packs and your cables, while providing a modular system for mounting GPS units, satellite tracking systems, lights, bottle cages, and whatever else you can dream of.

Great vid! Thank you for this :) Currently wondering whether Baryak expedition rails will play nice with DrJ0n MC Deck/Skunkworks Deck for use with Jones Loop 2.5" or Bend H-bar and/or SQlab X30 handlebar. Will probably buy both and wife's bike will be the beneficiary of what's left over! Concerned about not being able to see Garmin when so far forward. It's going to be a busy cockpit. Since upgrading to Vecum Frequence stem I can no longer run the expedition grade Satmap Active 10 on the stem so the extra carbon bar will be essential. It seems one loses the multiple hand position benefits of a Loop H-Bar if it is full of lights and other electronics. If there is space left over to mount a RaspberryPi for some hacker tomfoolery that would be fun :) Has anyone successfully used the Baryak Expedition rails (& even flip up Aerobars) with the 2.5" rise Jones Loop H-Bar? This is for a tour from UK to Japan. I note Johnny Isaacs swapped out his Loop for the Bend H-bar: johnnyisaak.com/upgraded-to-a-baryak-bikepack-carrying-system/

Do you make a shortened reach peregrine armrest attachment? Where the holes are drilled and tapped would put the armrest too far forward for me even with a shortened stem.

Nice design. So the difference with the Expedition and the Ultra is the length of extension? No measure pic on the site for the EXP. And your Talon harness is made by the Dude - same design you show in the vid, yes?
Kedan of BBD, is too busy to build the Harness, so he has given us permission to build it in the US.. we ship world wide.. The Talon pad Idea is from BBD.. the strap system is our idea.. Lots of great shots and video here. At 1:55 my friend Robert Finlay went by you with in a white Kayak. Looks like he was guiding that that day. So many great places down there. Most Vegas residents have no idea - thankfully. BTW, I was just bikerafting down again a couple weeks ago.
