You might want to do some more research. Only the DOJ can enforce this law and they rarely do. As a result VETS takes the 1st excuse the employer gives them and closes the case. Read their annual report to congress.As far as hiring a private lawyer, tell us about looser pay. I found out the hard way.
You need to learn how to identify risk factors for suicide and then read the DOL annual report to Congress. Only then will you realize how FUCKED UP you are.

I thank this organization for their work with military personnel. I wish more Americans had the initiative to actually join and fight against the Taliban and al Qaeda. I can't wait to join up and (hopefully) engage the enemy.
