A few things i have learned in life is... " You are number 1 to yourself and always look out for number 1". If needed work hard to better yourself because no one is going to do it for you. Take care of you before you can take care of someone else. Meaning... please take one day at a time. Never give up on realistic goals. Then you can give a good life to you and the person you are with. The more you learn, the less you fear, the better life gets. Friendly reminder to people...Life is what you make it, so please choose your time wisely. It's ok to face things and work towards being that better person. We all deserve to be loved.

Jose, I’m beyond proud of your opening up and be vulnerable. I imagine it wasn’t easy in the sense of letting people in on your battle with depression/ PTSD. I’m glad you’re on the path of feeling better, you’ve got a strong as heck lady by your side! Not everyone opens up and talks about things like this. Never met you in person, yet, but I think you’re a great man. You’ve got a lot in common with my husband believe it or not and lots of things you’ve mentioned is very familiar with what I hear with him. You’re not alone in this. Just don’t ever think your life isn’t valuable. It is!!
