Old-School washers are better.

It is soooooo loud on the spin cycles yesterday u cannot hear yourself thinking. You cannot hear a tv or radio, nor someone speaking. Mine is 6 months old, washed 4 loads of laundry and hat d it from the first load. It is covered with a bla let on the spare room in attempt for me to try and sell it. They won’t take it back and I truly feel I was miss led on its performance. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

this machine is gentle on clothes but tough on stains. it has a beautiful stainless steel design that matches my dryer perfectly. the clothes come out nearly dry and has cut my drying time in half. i like that it improves my clothes condition. i washed a christmas sweater with elaborate decor, all of it came out sparkling and intact. its stunning inside with the stainless basket. right now i am running a cleaning tablet through it and my whole downstairs smells amazing! i was scared to try another HE but this machine really works. and when you add up the savings on your water bill and the less wear and tear on your drain and your clothes are preserved it really makes sense to at least give it a try and see how you like it.

My washer won't go past the rinse cycle. It's the same model. The serial no. Is c61731011. The light on rinse just keeps blinking and it won't do nonething else.

So I'm seeing a lot of comments saying that this machine is a discrase to mankind, well answer this: HOW THE F**K WAS IT ABLE TO GET RID OF THE DIRT OFF THAT WHITE SHIRT AND THE TOOTH PASTE OFF THAT DARK BLUE SHIRT HUH!? TELL ME NOW, I DARE YOU!!!

How many break downs have you had since then? These things are notorious for breaking.

I totally agree with you! I skip lacing the first eye holes and it relieves pressure on the front top of the foot for even more comfort.

Does not clean your clothes, won't wash a full load even when it was running good.

Maytag should be sued over this washer, it's total junk, they knew it.

I bought one junk, don't buy it, total junk broke down after 18 months.

If the water was "pushed" through the clothes, we would see water spurting up out of the clothes. That line is just a selling scheme.

Ok so I hated this machine too but it wasn't going to beat me. I only wash full loads of clothes. Put controls on Bulky Sheets and NEVER use sensing (pos). Always Deep water with 1 rinse and fabric softener. The tub WILL fill to the top!!!! If you don't you won't get any amount of decent water and your clothes won't get cleaned. All the Engineers and Designers of these machines should be put in front of a firing squad!

We've put up with this 'low-water' situation Maytag engineers, ObummaEPA, et al has put on us, and we too hate our same machine. Only fills good on the 'Bulky/Sheets' cycle. WTH. Who dreamed this up? Hang them from a lamppost. We don't have lampposts anymore?? Just my luck... Anyway, I've decided to 'T' off the Hot water line and put 2 brass gate valves. Will attach 1 normal hot water rubber hose to the washer and the other will to have a normal washer hose. I will cut it to length, put end in washer, turn on 2nd gate valve, then fill the damn machine by hand until we get a good water level....wtf. Unless of course I an reprogram the 'sensor' to get a decent amount of water. Which ain't gonna happen... Hey EPA, blow me.

My workplace requires steel or composite toed work wear. I'm shit outa luck.

I would love to know about your review after two years of using. Did you like this machine? If you went back in time would you purchase the same washer or is there another washer you might buy? Do you only use the Deep wash only to have more water or do you sometimes use the normal cycles? Thanks!

Pathetic washing, only machines that actually wash your clothes anymore are front loaders.

Seeing this makes me grateful for my full size Haier washer, had a Maytag Bravos then a Cabrio... warranty was horrible and they ruined my laundry, the Haier is a Mercedes in comparison ..works amazing, fills with plenty of water and cleans very very well. Rocking on my second year with Haier's full size washer.

Ok we had the washer about a week I don’t understand the negative reviews. It works fine it’s high efficiency and the noises are normal. It makes a bit of noise but your not sleeping next to it It’s a good washer.

I watched your video and felt better about my purchase. I went to Lowe’s with every intention of buying a Samsung front loader. I have a laundry closet so space has to be considered. I looked at the front loader and compared to my inherited Maytag Neptune which we loved they were huge. So I decided to go ahead with a top loader but wasn’t sure about how the high efficiency would wash and others I know complain about the top loader goes out of balance and requires attention. I bought and paid for the machine. It’s coming in three days. I had to purchase quickly so little research. Then when I finally got time to research it looked more on the lines of a high efficiency with a agitator. But I like the idea I can do on mine water level sense or deep water wash I feel better after watching your video.

I am 295 pounds and i stand and walk all day, my shoes ware out fast on the outer edge and hurt the bottom and sides of my feet bad. bought these a year and a half ago and wow, they work and im about to buy another pair .

Constantly agitation does not clean as well as soaking and Gentle agitation. Hard and fast agitation wares the clothes out quicker. That is something to remember

LMAO...what is that the don't break the EGG cycle. Nutting getting clean there. Reason being is the crap motor and sythetic/plastic gears. They would break ii went any faster.

To me, you might as well just hand wash everything instead, and then use the spin cycle to ring the clothes out.

I had plantar fasciitis and got these shoes........ problem solved. No more pain. Do buy the insoles at the new balance store that go with these. A great buy.
